Eastern churches should break with Moscow
NRO has an interesting article on Orthodoxy and Eastern Catholicism. I personally experienced this exact same thing (jurisdictionalism) here in America with Russian Orthodoxy as well as others I know. Eventually after experiencing this I came into full union with Rome via the Melkite Greek Catholic Church.
