Fr. Neuhaus talks about CL on EWTN
Yesterday on the EWTN special coverage of the conclave, Fr. Neuhaus was asked by Raymond Arroyo about Communion and Liberation in reference to Angelo Cardinal Scola. He was very positive about CL. When asked about when CL was formed though, he stated in the 1930s. Well that's ok, at least he got the right century!

hahaha I saw that.
Hey, wouldn't it be the 1930's when Fr. Gius and his friends first asked "If Christ is everything, then what does he have to do with Mathematics?"
Don Gius says that it was that phrase that "started it all."
This is very probable, I'm not exactly sure. It was near this period when his mother remarked about the beauty of the stars in the sky and how everything originates in God. It would have been in the 30s that he entered seminary while in junior high.
