The Rule of Benedict is based on four major concepts
Yes I know this NCR article is written by Joan Chittister, OSB. She is not exactly a fervent "fan" of Pope Benedict XVI. That's probably an understatement, but she does have some interesting comments to say about his name choice.

I think that we all can learn a lot from St. Benedict, who founded one of the longest-lasting and more fruitful movements of the Church.
