Muslim anguish, Western condescension
Spengler has an interesting new article, which is worth reading for anyone interested in the "Clash of Civilizations," specifically between the West and Muslims. He does a good comparison between Muslims of today and Catholics of Medieval Europe. It's funny, Eric Brende, author of Better Off, and I were having a discussion about this topic just last night at dinner. Neither of us had read this Spengler article either.

I have seen this analogy between Medieval Christianity and present day Islam made before. On the other hand, I'm not so sure that the West is all that better off . . .
