Two Great Modern Dutch Calvinists

Herman Dooyeweerd, a great neo-Calvinist philosopher, was a colleague of Geritt Berkouwer who is the Dutch neo-Calvinist theologian who wrote two books on the Catholic Church: first, The Conflict with Rome (a pre-Vatican study), second, The Second Vatican Council and the New Catholicism (the English translators didn't have a word for la nouvelle theologie, which was in the original title of Berkouwer's book in Dutch as "nieuwe theologie). Berkouwer's book is one of the finest ecumenical studies ever done on Catholicism and neo-Calvinism.
