This blog explores both historical and current events guided by the thought of the leading thinkers, past and present, of this school or movement of theology. Refer to the Classic Posts, Great and Contemporary Thinkers, various links of all kinds, in addition to the Archives themselves. David is the founder and manager of this website, but many friends contribute to it on a regular basis.

a joint operation
I would like to personally thank two friends of mine, Stephen Hand and Christopher Blosser. Steve designed a very cool new title graphic for this site and Chris helped to install it. I am illiterate with all things computers, especially html. This would not have been possible with out both of their friendships and help. Thank You!

5. ?
6. ?
I'm not Roman Catholic, but over the last year, with cues from Pastor John Wright, I've become deeply respectful and inspired by the tradition, and especially turned on to the nouvelle theologie writers by way of the Radical Orthodoxy project -- I just don't know what most of the nouvelle theologie-ans look like yet! :)
Peace,
Eric
Welcome Eric!
From left to right:
Hans Urs von Balthasar
Teilhard de Chardin
Henri de Lubac
Luigi Giussani
Dorothy Day
David L. Schindler
To find out more about them, go to my left column under Great Thinkers and Contemporary Thinkers and click on them.
La Nouvelle Theologie is a living tradition. Many, many great thinkers of the past and of the present of which this is only a sampling...
Looks good David! Could you put an alt text and a title on it listing the names?
Fred
Steve & Chris came to the rescue again and completed the above task... A million thanks!
