It is the obscene charging of exorbitant rates which amounts to usurious lending, as opposed to what the government labels usury.
Stephen, it seems (for once) you and I are on the same page with respect to this matter.
Given past history and certain comments made about me in public forums, I see no need to quibble over "reactionary" responses. Pax.
