This blog explores both historical and current events guided by the thought of the leading thinkers, past and present, of this school or movement of theology. Refer to the Classic Posts, Great and Contemporary Thinkers, various links of all kinds, in addition to the Archives themselves. The questions that drives me...
What does it mean to be a human in modernity? More specifically, what does it mean to be a Catholic (the fullness of what it means to be a Christian) today? The searching for answers and the answers themselves to these questions impact everything in culture from family to work, theology to philosophy, politics to economics, art to poetry, etc. Ultimately though the most important question that I ask daily is "How is Christ present to me today?" Christ is in our midst and I beg to see His face!

There's currently a discussion of these issues at Cahiers Peguy. I would like to invite whoever may be interested in these questions to contribute something to the discussion.
