Marcello Pera, the President of the Italian Senate and the co-author with Pope Benedict XVI of a book on the roots of Western civilization has introduced today in Italy the manifesto 'For the West, bearer of civilization'.
Among the promoters of the document are Giorgio Vittadini and Giancarlo Cesana.
