an American as Prefect of CDF?

This article is an interesting development on potential replacements for Pope B16's old job. Instead of being called the "Panzer Cardinal," Archbishop William Levada (once he is raised to Cardinal) could be called the "Abrams Cardinal." For those of you who are not informed about all things Armor (i.e. tanks, etc.), the M1 Abrams is an American built tank, which has dominated every battlefield in which it has been placed in the last three decades.
