Leo Strauss & the Neocons

Would ressourcement.blogspot.com trust this pair--the empty-headed talking head for the Russian media outlet RT.com and radio host Thom Hartmann--if they talked about Henri de Lubac and la nouvelle theologie? Radio host Thom Hartmann says in this clip Leo Strauss taught at the University of Illinois. Of course, Strauss taught at the University of Chicago. But, Chicago is in Illinois! I don't see that posting such nonsense on ressourcement.blogspot.com serves any good purpose.
This blog has a very long history of giving love to Neocons. Do a search on this blog for Neocon and you will see. This has been a topic on this blog from nearly the very beginning.
I have failed to ever hear a reasonable argument on how one can be a Catholic and a Neocon. Sure there are plenty of them, but Catholics also divorce at the same rate of non-Catholic Americans, use contraception, etc... Not to mention, I don't know how one can call themselves a true conservative and endorse the warfare state.
